The main methodological approaches to the formation of universal competencies of students of technical universities

The paper highlights the theoretical provisions describing main methodological approaches to formation of competencies, which are provided for by modern federal state educational standards higher education, taking into account professional (FGOS HE (3++)) bachelors degree in areas training enlarged group 090000 Computer Science and engineering: competence, system-activity information education pedagogical science. differences between analyzed FGOS (3++) earlier aspect formed results activity highlighted. concept competence itself is clarified, views scientists on content this term given domestic foreign literature analyzed. result considered as a set competencies process aimed at implementation application skills future specialist certain subject area. Attention drawn possibilities listed organization interdisciplinary suprasubject required conditions: must be competitive, meet needs employer, have opportunities self-realization, etc. these described example curricula adopted Volga State University Telecommunications computer necessity integration individual order effectively implement activities substantiated. It noted that need effective digital requires scientific justification. In regard, development didactics, new relevant direction science, being today.
